Designed exclusively for use with the Westin Outlaw Rear Bumper (will not fit OE bumpers). Class IV with a 10,000 lb towing capacity. Features unique delta safety chain loops, a 2.5" structural bar made of E-coated steel, and a textured black powder coat finish. Tested and validated to SAE specifications. No drilling required for most applications.
