HOW TO REQUEST A PRICE MATCH

To use our Best Price Guarantee, please follow the steps below:

1) Confirm eligibility

To qualify, the item must be:

• The exact same product (same brand, model, and part number)
• In stock with the competitor
• Listed in Canadian dollars (CAD)

2) Submit your request

Contact us through the form on our “Contact Us” page and choose the subject:

“Can I use your price match policy?”

3) What you must provide (required)

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

• A valid URL link to the competitor’s product page (exact item)
• Product details: brand, model, and part number(s)
• Proof the item is in stock and the price is current at the time of your request (clear screenshot of the product page showing price + availability)
• A screenshot/photo of your cart on the competitor’s site showing:

  - the product

  - part number(s)

  - shipping cost

  - any applicable fees (e.g., handling)

4) Review timeframe

We’ll verify your information against the conditions below. If approved, we’ll adjust the price accordingly.

Most requests are answered within 1–2 business days.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Price comparisons are based on the total price before tax (product price + shipping and applicable fees).
• The competitor must be an authorized Canadian retailer. We do not match pricing from unauthorized sellers, wholesalers, or marketplace platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
• Clearance items, limited-time events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), and special promotions (coupon codes, employee pricing, etc.) are not eligible.
• Member-only pricing, bundles/packages, mail-in rebates, used/refurbished/open-box items, and limited-quantity offers are not eligible.
• Items subject to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies may be excluded in order to respect manufacturer agreements and maintain authorized dealer status.
• We may decline requests that result from listing errors, incorrect advertisements, or obvious pricing mistakes; Truck Expert retains the sole discretion to approve or deny any Best Price Guarantee request.
