The Hellwig 7879 Rear Sway Bar Kit is engineered for Dodge/Ram 2500 trucks with 4WD and a 2 to 4 inch lift. Built from high-quality 4140 chrome-moly spring steel, this 1.125 inch diameter bar delivers significantly greater stiffness than the factory unit, effectively reducing body roll during towing and heavy loading. The bolt-on installation requires no vehicle modifications. High-tech polyurethane bushings provide enhanced durability and precise response. This Hellwig kit is specifically engineered for this application to maximize handling and stability under load or while towing. Compatible with 5.7L V8, 6.4L V8, and 6.7L Turbo Diesel engines (see Application Section).
