The Hellwig 7845 Rear Sway Bar Kit is designed for Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, including Dually configurations, with 2 inches of rear lift. Featuring a 1.250 in. diameter and Silver Hammer Tone finish, this 4140 chrome moly sway bar reduces body roll, improves cornering traction, and stabilizes these heavy-duty trucks during towing and load-carrying. Compatible with V8 6.2L, V8 6.7L Turbo Diesel, V10 6.8L, V8 6.8L, and V8 7.3L engines. Included polyurethane bushings and hardware enable a quick bolt-on installation with no modifications required.
