The Hellwig 7767 Rear Sway Bar is a solid, heat-treated 1-1/4 in. chromoly steel bar engineered for Dodge/Ram 3500 trucks, including 2WD and 4WD cab & chassis configurations. Its increased stiffness effectively reduces body roll, improves handling, and stabilizes the vehicle during everyday driving and heavy towing. Precision-engineered components and included high-tech polyurethane bushings ensure a durable, precise fit. The bolt-on installation requires no vehicle modifications and is also compatible with 4500 and 5500 cab & chassis versions.
