The Bilstein B8 5100 (ref. 24-275002) is the rear off-road shock designed for Dodge Ram 1500 and Ram 1500 Classic in 2WD configuration, without air suspension. The Bilstein B8 5100 series is perfect for lifted trucks. Due to their larger tires and heightened stance, lifted vehicles place extra demands on a shock absorber's damping ability. The 46mm monotube design and patented digressive valving of the B8 5100 are uniquely suited to meet these demands. On or off-road, loaded or unloaded, the B8 5100 instantly reacts to changing road inputs to maintain a stable, controlled, and comfortable ride. Zinc plated for resistance against harsh elements. Manufactured by Bilstein (USA or Germany).
