Description

The Rancho RS9000XL shock absorber (part RS999073) is purpose-built for the Ford F-150 and recognized as the first nine-position manually adjustable ride control series in the off-road market. Its tri-tube body filled with all-weather fluid and nitrogen gas pressurized to 120 PSI minimize air-to-oil mixture and reduce performance fade. The 18mm nitro-carburized piston rod resists scuffs and corrosion, while the 1.25-in. sintered iron piston provides enhanced structural integrity. Double-welded loops at stress areas ensure long-lasting durability. The nine-position knob lets you customize damping for on-road, off-road, towing or hauling. This model includes an internal rebound bumper and a protective boot. (See Application Section)
