Skyjacker's Black MAX twin tube shock absorber (B8534) is designed for the Ford Excursion 4WD equipped with V8 5.4L, V8 6.0L Turbo Diesel, V10 6.8L, and V8 7.3L Turbo Diesel engines. Supplied with a black protective boot, it uses advanced foam-cell technology to compensate for oil expansion when the shock is working hard and running hot. This design also eliminates air inside the shock, allowing for mounting in any direction. Increased fluid capacity ensures maximum heat dissipation. The arc-welded end mounts and specific valving deliver optimal value. Chrome-plated shaft and sintered iron piston. Limited lifetime warranty.
