Bilstein B6 4600 shock absorbers (ref. 24-302074) are designed as a direct-fit upgrade to OE shock absorbers on stock height Ram 2500 4WD trucks. Featuring a 46mm monotube design with a unique velocity-sensitive digressive piston, they react to changing road conditions for improved ride quality, handling, and comfort.
