The BBK Performance high-flow short mid-pipe assembly (SKU 40441) is required to complete the installation of BBK long tube headers #4044 or 40440 on the Chevrolet Camaro SS/LT1/ZL1 V8 6.2L. Built from 2.75 in. CNC machined aluminized steel tubing, these mid-pipes feature high-flow catalytic converters on a durable steel substrate to maximize exhaust flow. They increase horsepower and torque while delivering an aggressive muscle car sound. Note: These converters meet Federal EPA requirements but are NOT California CARB approved. Check your state and local emissions laws before installation. Made in the USA.
