Description

The Fabtech K2119 is a 6 in. Radius Arm Lift System for Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD. Patented Radius Arms feature full tubular structure with dimple die side plates and adjustable caster alignment cam. Includes replacement coil springs, Trac Bar relocation bracket, Pitman arm, sway bar drop brackets, rear block and U-bolt kit, and Performance Shocks front and rear. Bolt-on installation.
