The Fabtech K2099M is a 6 in. Basic Lift System for Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty with V8 7.3L Turbo Diesel in RWD. Retains stock I-beams and radius arms. Heavy-duty brackets reposition components with extended coil springs. Stealth Monotube Shocks front and rear. Includes drop Pitman arm and rear block kit. Bolt-on installation.
