Description

The Fabtech Suspension Block (ref. FTSBK52) is a rear block for the Ford F-150 with 4.2L, 4.6L or 5.4L engine providing 5 inches of rear lift. Maximum ground clearance improvement and oversized tire fitment. Factory suspension compatible. Bolt-on installation.
