The Mishimoto air-to-water intercooler for the Ford 6.7L Powerstroke replaces the stock stamped and stacked plate design, which is prone to internal leaks, with precision TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks on a robust bar-and-plate core. This construction reduces potential failure points for superior reliability. Flow bench testing demonstrated 22% greater airflow compared to the stock intercooler. On the dyno, that extra flow provided 40 lb-ft more torque without any other modifications. Available in silver finish. Protected by the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
