The Mishimoto air-to-water intercooler kit for the Ford 6.7L Powerstroke resolves internal leaking issues from the stock cooler with precision TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks on a robust bar-and-plate core. Durability is further enhanced by mandrel-bent aluminum pipes and silicone couplers with DuraCore technology. Flow bench testing showed 22% greater airflow versus the stock intercooler. On the dyno, that extra flow provided 40 lb-ft more torque without any other modifications. Available in silver finish with polished pipes. Protected by the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
