Description

The Mishimoto Performance Turbo Intercooler for the Chevrolet/GMC 6.6L Duramax L5P is designed to protect the diesel engine from high intake temperatures. The massive 68mm-thick bar-and-plate core is 70% thicker than the factory unit and reduces restriction by over 64%. The inlet and outlet have been increased by 6mm and 12mm respectively. Cast aluminum end tanks resist cracking under high boost pressures. The kit includes a cold-side adapter pipe with DuraCore boot and T-bolt clamps. Two additional bungs can be drilled for sensors or water/meth injection. Powder-coated black finish. Bolt-on installation. Protected by Mishimoto's Lifetime Warranty. (See Application Section)
