Description

The BORLA S-Type CrateMuffler #400959 is tuned for the Chevrolet LS3 6.2L V8 engine. Unlike the #400957 (center outlet), this model features an offset outlet. Mufflers are directional — the outlet is identified by the mounting bracket welded to the endcap. The directional design delivers the classic S-Type sound and dramatically reduces or eliminates drone on specified applications. Add resonator 400939 to attain the mellow Touring sound. Dimensions: 3 in. offset inlet / offset outlet, 6×10.34 in. oval, 14 in. long body, 19 in. overall length. Compatible with Chevrolet Camaro, Corvette, and SS. Built from T-304 stainless steel.
