BD Diesel – Exhaust Manifold Kit

Description

The Ford 3.5L EcoBoost is prone to exhaust manifold bolt failures. BD Diesel developed this manifold kit (SKU 1043061) by incorporating two additional bolt holes per manifold and extended studs and spacers (15mm longer) to better withstand thermal expansion. The uniform wall thickness casting in high-silicon ductile iron resists thermal warping. The kit also flows 16% better than OEM for improved efficiency. Gaskets and hardware included. Compatible with Ford F-150, Expedition and Lincoln Navigator equipped with the V6 3.5L Turbo engine.
