Description

The Ford 3.5L EcoBoost has an inherent design flaw where the OE manifold only uses 8 of the 11 available exhaust stud locations in the cylinder head, leading to warped manifolds, broken studs, and blown gaskets. BD Diesel engineered this passenger-side manifold (SKU 1043004) to utilize all 11 stud locations, improving both exhaust flow and long-term durability. Made from thicker-walled, high-silicon ductile iron to resist thermal warping. Each kit includes 11 exhaust spacers and class 8.8 studs for enhanced thermal durability. Compatible with Ford F-150, Transit, Expedition and Lincoln Navigator equipped with the V6 3.5L Turbo engine.
