Description

The BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold Kit (P/N 1041400) is designed for Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac and Hummer trucks equipped with LS-based V8 engines. These upgraded manifolds address common OEM exhaust manifold bolt failures by incorporating extended fasteners (15 mm longer) and spacers that effectively withstand thermal expansion. Manufactured from high-silicon ductile iron, they feature a uniformly increased wall thickness to prevent warping and cracking. Bolt mating surfaces are precision-machined to ensure a secure, leak-free joint. The kit includes all new bolts, spacers and gaskets. Adjusted heat shield mounting bosses are also integrated. Also available as right side only (P/N 1041401) or left side only (P/N 1041402).
