Description

The BBK Performance shorty headers (SKU 40030) are direct bolt-on replacements for the Camaro Z28/SS and Firebird Formula/Trans Am V8 5.7L LS1. Built from 16-gauge mild steel with 1-5/8 in. CNC mandrel bent tubing (2.63 in. collector), they improve exhaust flow, horsepower, and torque. Features a 3/8 in. laser-cut flange, precision robotic welding, and pressure testing. Polished silver ceramic finish. CARB approved EO D-245-18 (50 states). Recommended add-on parts: BBK 4003/1709/17090/5018/5004/16940. Includes new gaskets and hardware.
