The BBK Performance shorty headers (SKU 35150) are direct bolt-on replacements for the Ford F-150 and Expedition V8 4.6L. Built from 16-gauge mild steel with 1-5/8 in. CNC mandrel bent tubing, they improve horsepower, torque, and fuel economy. Features a 3/8 in. laser-cut flange, precision robotic welding, and pressure testing. Polished silver ceramic finish. CARB approved EO D-245-16 (50 states). Recommended add-on parts: BBK 3515/1703/1720/15550/1640. Includes new gaskets and hardware.
