BBK Performance – Shorty Tuned Length Exhaust Header Kit
Description
The BBK Performance Shorty Tuned Length exhaust header kit (SKU 4006) is engineered for Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC applications equipped with the V8 6.0L engine. Manufactured with 1-3/4 in. CNC mandrel-bent 16-gauge steel primaries, these headers deliver a 12-15 horsepower increase over factory manifolds. Precision laser-cut 3/8 in. one-piece flanges ensure a leak-free seal and direct bolt-on installation. The high-temperature Titanium ceramic finish replaces the previous nickel-chrome plating for superior durability, especially in humid climates. Each header is robotically welded, pressure tested, and ships with all required gaskets and hardware.
