Description

The Gibson Performance Header (ref. GP218S-C) is the ceramic-coated version of the GP218S, designed as a direct-fit replacement for factory manifolds on Ford Expedition, F-150, and Lincoln Mark LT. Built with 16-gauge 409L stainless steel mandrel-bent 1.625 in. tubing and 3/8 in. heavy-duty laser-cut port flanges. The high-temperature ceramic coating withstands up to 1,300°F. Dyno-tuned for more usable power and torque at low and mid-range RPM. No welding required – uses OEM-style connections and the stock crossover pipe. EPA and CARB compliant (E.O. D-411-10). Backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
