The BBK Performance Shorty Tuned Length exhaust header kit (SKU 4015) is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the Ram 1500 equipped with the V8 5.7L HEMI engine. Manufactured with 1-3/4 in. CNC mandrel-bent 16-gauge steel primaries, these headers deliver unrestricted exhaust flow for a 10-15 horsepower increase over factory OEM manifolds. The Tuned Length design generates optimized scavenging pulses for improved combustion and fuel economy. Precision laser-cut 3/8 in. one-piece flanges ensure a leak-free seal, and every header is robotically welded and pressure tested. The Titanium ceramic finish provides superior heat resistance. New gaskets and hardware included. Made in the USA.
