Description

The BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold Kit (P/N 1043007) is designed for the Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty equipped with the V8 6.7L Turbo Diesel engine. Crafted with heavy-duty 0.275” thick-walled Hi-Silicon ductile casting, these manifolds are 75% thicker than stock to combat cracking due to high exhaust temperatures. Thermal durability is improved with longer exhaust studs and spacers plus thicker, more durable machined bolting flanges. Computational fluid dynamics were used to optimize flow, and exhaust port sizes have been increased to match gaskets. The kit includes the manifold, cross-over tube, and EGR port. High-temperature black coating. Fully EGR compatible.
