Description

The Superwinch S5500SR Winch (part# 1455201) is designed for trailer use and provides 5,500 lbs of pulling capacity with the safety advantage of a synthetic rope (1/4” x 60 ft). Its 3.6 hp permanent magnet motor is paired with an all-steel 3-stage planetary gear box with steel-cut gears. A safety-tinted protective cover shields the cable, drum and operator’s fingers. The machined aluminum freespool lever can be operated by hand or foot. A stainless steel 2-way roller fairlead guides the synthetic rope. Automatic load-holding brake and sealed solenoid included.
