Description

The K&N FIPK 57-3031-1 is a high-performance Series 57 air intake system specifically engineered for the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD equipped with the V8 6.0L engine. This kit includes a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube along with a heat shield, helping to lower intake air temperature and reduce intake noise compared to metallic tubes. By eliminating the restrictive factory airbox and replacing the OEM filter, this system optimizes airflow to the engine for a measurable gain in horsepower and torque. The included K&N air filter is washable and reusable, reducing long-term maintenance costs. Installation is bolt-on and can typically be completed in 90 minutes or less.
