K&N – Aircharger High Performance Air Intake System

Description

The K&N Aircharger High Performance Air Intake System (part# 63-1578) is engineered specifically for the Ram 1500 with the V8 5.7L engine. A sister product to the K&N FIPK series (57 series), this Aircharger kit uses a non-metallic rotomolded tube that helps reduce intake air temperature and decrease intake noise compared to a metallic tube. The kit replaces the factory air box and the entire air path to the engine, virtually eliminating airflow restrictions that limit performance. Tuned and dyno-tested to improve acceleration and engine sound, it delivers a measured gain of 10.7 HP at 5,500 RPM. The washable and reusable filter (part# RC-50460) provides excellent long-term performance. Truck Expert is an authorized K&N distributor in Canada.
