AEM – Cold Air Intake System
Description
The AEM #21-699C Cold Air Intake System is designed for the Mini Cooper S equipped with the L4 1.6L Supercharged and Turbo engine, including S Chili, S Hot Chili, S Salt, S Camden, S Clubman, S Laurel and S Mayfair trims (see Application section for compatible years). Requires Mass Air Sensor. By replacing the restrictive factory air filter, this system improves airflow to the engine and delivers an estimated gain of 14.14 HP at 5400 RPM. The kit includes low-restriction Gunmetal Gray aluminum tubing and a washable, reusable oil-free DryFlow filter. CARB approved (EO D-670-21) and dyno-tested.
