Description

The K&N Aircharger high performance intake system (part number 63-3099) is designed for the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 equipped with the V8 6.2L Supercharged engine. This kit replaces the restrictive factory air filter and complete intake housing to allow virtually unrestricted airflow to the supercharged engine. The non-metallic roto-molded tube helps reduce intake air temperature and lowers induction noise compared to conventional metal tubing. Dyno-tested and tuned to improve acceleration and engine sound, this system is built from high-strength materials including silicone and reinforced nylon. The included air filter is washable and reusable. Installation requires no permanent modifications and is typically completed in 90 minutes or less.
