K&N – Performance Air Intake System

Description

The K&N 77-2576KTK Series 77 air intake system is designed for Ford Flex and Taurus equipped with the V6 3.5L engine. This system replaces the factory air filter and entire air path with a black mandrel-bent aluminum tube, reducing restriction and maximizing airflow to the engine. It comes with an oversized K&N High-Flow conical air filter providing increased surface area and superior dust capacity, allowing up to 100,000 miles between servicing. The filter is washable and reusable. Dyno-tested, it produces an estimated gain of 13.22 HP at 5698 RPM. The system works with original equipment manufacturer computer systems and includes a heat shield to isolate the intake from engine heat. Installation is easy, typically in 90 minutes or less. The replacement filter is the RU-2960XD. Protected by K&N's Million Mile Limited Warranty.
