K&N – FIPK Performance Air Intake System

Description

The K&N FIPK 57-1570 performance air intake system is designed for the Jeep Grand Cherokee equipped with the V6 3.0L Turbo Diesel engine. This system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing, virtually eliminating air restriction to deliver a guaranteed power gain. Dyno-tested, it produces an estimated gain of 12.67 HP at 2900 RPM. The kit uses a non-metallic high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotational molded tube with an integrated heat shield, reducing intake air temperature and lowering intake noise. The included K&N air filter is washable and reusable (replacement filter: RU-2960). Installation is straightforward and typically completed in 90 minutes or less with no permanent modifications.
