AEM – Cold Air Intake System

Description

The AEM #21-825DS Cold Air Intake System is designed for multiple BMW models equipped with the L6 3.0L Turbo engine, including the 1 Series M, 135i, 335i, 335is, 335xi, 535i and 535i xDrive (see Application section for compatible years). By replacing the restrictive factory air filter, this system improves airflow to the engine and delivers an estimated gain of 8.7 HP at 4300 RPM. The kit includes low-restriction aluminum tubing, a heat shield, and a washable, reusable oil-free DryFlow filter. Dyno-tested, it enhances acceleration and engine sound while maintaining OBDII parameters.
