Description

The Mishimoto cold air intake system (MMAI-STI-08WBK) is engineered specifically for the Subaru Forester XT, WRX, and WRX STi with H4 2.5L Turbo engine. This complete kit replaces the restrictive factory airbox and includes a mandrel-bent wrinkle black powder-coated aluminum pipe, a CNC-machined MAF housing with integrated air straightener, a silicone coupler, clamps, and all necessary hardware. The filter is positioned outside the hot engine bay to reduce intake air temperatures (IATs), and a powder-coated heat shield prevents heat-soak. Dyno-proven gains of up to 25 whp and 25 wtq are achievable on the stock tune. The included oiled Mishimoto filter offers 16% greater surface area, is fully serviceable, and reusable. Bolt-on installation in under one hour, no cutting or modification required. Made in the USA. Covered by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
