Description

The Volant Cold Air Intake Kit (P/N 185406) is designed for the Toyota Tacoma equipped with the V6 4.0L engine. This system replaces the factory intake with a Cross-Link polyethylene closed box that insulates the filter from engine heat, moisture and debris. The oversized air duct eliminates restrictive factory baffles to maximize airflow velocity and throttle response. The MaxFlow 5 five-layer oiled cotton gauze filter delivers maximum airflow while providing a long filter life and extended maintenance intervals. High-performance silicone connectors and marine-grade stainless steel clamps complete the assembly. The replacement filter is part number 61503. This kit is designed to increase the volume of cold air entering the engine for improved horsepower.
