Description

The K&N Typhoon air intake system 69-3540TP is designed for the Ford Mustang GT equipped with the V8 5.0L engine. This mandrel-bent aluminum tube system with polished finish replaces the factory intake with a high-performance assembly that maximizes airflow to the engine. The oversized K&N conical air filter increases surface area and dust capacity, allowing superior airflow at lower restriction. Dyno-proven, this kit delivers an estimated gain of 16 HP at 7000 RPM, improving horsepower and torque. The filter is washable and reusable, eliminating the need for frequent replacements.
