K&N – AirCharger Performance Air Intake System

Description

The K&N AirCharger 63-3087 air intake system is designed for Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD / 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD / 3500 HD equipped with the V8 6.6L Turbo Diesel engine. This system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing to deliver guaranteed power and torque gains. Dyno-tested, it produces an estimated gain of 24.09 HP at 2950 RPM. The kit uses a non-metallic rotational molded tube made from high-strength materials, reducing intake air temperature and lowering noise. The included K&N air filter is washable and reusable (replacement filter: RC-5179). Installation is straightforward and typically completed in 90 minutes or less. Note: this system is not CARB exempt (off-road use).
