AEM – Cold Air Intake System

Description

The AEM Cold Air Intake System (P/N 21-698C) is designed for the Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart and Lancer Ralliart Sportback equipped with the L4 2.0L Turbo engine (See Application Section). It replaces the restrictive factory air filter with a low-restriction aluminum tube and an oil-free DryFlow filter. The system relocates the filter to deliver cooler intake air temperatures, carrying more oxygen for increased power and torque. The tube length and diameter are tuned to match the engine's resonance for optimal airflow. The synthetic filter is washable and reusable. The system is dyno-tested to improve acceleration and engine sound. Estimated gain: 16.8 HP at 6,050 RPM. Replacement filter: 21-2031D-HK. Backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty.
