Description

The AEM #21-686P Cold Air Intake System is designed for the Honda Civic equipped with the L4 1.8L engine (See Application Section). It replaces the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing to increase horsepower and torque, with an estimated gain of 4.0 HP at 3800 RPM. Air enters through an oversized tapered cylinder-shaped AEM DryFlow synthetic washable air filter that is oil-free and reusable, delivering outstanding airflow, filtration and performance. The air filter is relocated to the driver-side wheel well to reduce intake air temperature and maximize power. The mandrel-bent aluminum intake tubing with durable polished finish ensures optimal airflow. The system accommodates factory emissions control devices including the mass air flow sensor and PCV hose. The DryFlow filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed depending on driving conditions. New. Sold and shipped by Truck Expert.
