Description

The aFe POWER Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Cold Air Intake System (54-12942-B) with Pro 5R media is designed for Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the V8-6.2L engine. This system features an oil-free 7-1/2-inch tall inverted-top conical 360-degree radial flow air filter with 5 layers of progressively finer mesh oiled cotton gauze media and a 100% polyurethane frame for long service life. The one-piece 3.5-inch mandrel-bent wrinkle-black powder-coated aluminum intake tube directs unrestricted airflow to the throttle body for increased horsepower and torque. The sturdy one-piece 18-gauge powder-coated heat shield blocks performance-robbing engine heat and uses factory mounting locations for fast installation. Direct bolt-on installation requires no cutting or drilling on factory parts. Optional intake cover PN 54-12948-B sold separately. Note: CARB not exempt, not available for sale in California.
