Description

The Rugged Ridge Exhaust Spacer Kit (ref. 17606.76) is designed for Wrangler JK 3.6L with a suspension lift of 2.5 in. or more. On these vehicles, the front driveshaft can contact the exhaust Y-pipe, melting the CV boot and causing premature driveshaft failure. This kit moves the Y-pipe further back and increases front suspension travel from 2.5 in. to over 5.5 in., protecting the driveshaft. The spacers install on the flanges between the front headers and the Y-pipe — no permanent exhaust modification required. The kit includes 2 pipes and all necessary hardware. Bolt-on installation.
