Description

The CURT A30 hitch head (part no. 16590) brings the patented A-series technology to a 30,000 lb platform for smooth, quiet towing. The cast yoke with poly-torsion inserts suppresses shock loads and reduces noise; the high-strength interlocking jaws fully wrap the kingpin. The lockable handle self-resets to the ready-to-couple position after uncoupling. Three-position coupling indicator visible from cab. Fast one-pin head removal. Compatible with kingpin extension boxes. Polyethylene lube plate (no grease). Head only – legs or roller required. SAE J2638 tested.
